Bug Repellent
Midwestern insects are horribly pesky! Keep them away by combing these essential oils in an empty spray bottle and spraying your outdoor areas.
4 drops each per 1 fluid ounce of water:
- citronella oil
- lemongrass oil
- rosemary oil
- thyme oil

Bug Bite Relief
Bug bites are the worst part of summer. The constant itch can be agonizing; soothe them with this blend that is sure to relieve them.
2-ounce jar:
- 1 tablespoon pure aloe
- 3 tablespoons jojoba oil
- 5 drops peppermint oil
- 4 drops chamomile oil
- 15 drops lavender oil

Sunburn Relief
Sunburns can be so painful! Be sure to wear sunscreen while outdoors, but if you happen to miss a spot, try using this blend to ease some of the pain.
For minor burns:
- 4 teaspoons pure aloe
- 20 drops lavender oil

Keep Cool
Whether you're outside laying in your hammock or at your kid's sporting event, try this trick below and drape it on your neck for a relaxing and cooling effect.
Apply to damp towel and freeze:
- 5 drops eucalyptus
- 5 drops peppermint

In diffuser:
